We’ve just published our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) scores in our latest Customer Annual Report.
These scores come from a survey over 1,300 of you completed in the spring and highlight how you think we’re performing.
The TSMs are important to us because you give us an honest and true picture of the service you receive from us. We can then use this information to improve what we do and how we do it.
As well as the TSM scores, our Customer Annual Report also includes information on things like where we’ve build and key projects we’ve completed.
This year, we’ve tailored the content to what you asked for – basing it on feedback you gave in a survey on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
