Positively managing mental health underpins good employee engagement and benefits everyone – employees, employers and the bottom line.

Our success as a housing providers success in building and managing the homes people need depends on a healthy and productive workforce, and if our colleagues feel valued and supported they’ll achieve more.

Grand Union has worked together with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and mental health charity, MIND, to create a Mental Health at Work Commitment, which is a simple framework that builds on what good practice looks like.

We are committed to adopting the six standards within it so that we can better support Grand Union colleagues’ mental health. You can read the guide here.
