Health and Wellbeing
We work with community groups, charities and other organisations such as Public Health, to support the health and wellbeing of our customers and help communities thrive.
Our goal is to reduce poor mental health (such as depression and anxiety) as well as physical conditions (like diabetes and cardiovascular disease), through healthy lifestyles and social contact.
Sometimes we deliver activities direct, and sometimes we support local partners who may have greater knowledge and understanding of the community.
We’re currently offering activities listed below. If these don’t suit your particular needs, we may have alternative ideas.
