Working in partnership with the Board and Leadership Team, customers review organisational performance, monitor customer satisfaction, and influence decision-making to improve services and outcomes for all residents. 

Lead is our most involved level and includes:

  • Co-designing services or policies 
  • Neighbourhood initiatives 
  • Staff recruitment
