Financial wellbeing means:
- being able to pay for essentials like rent, food and bills
- understanding where your money goes and being able to manage a budget
- having savings or access to money for emergencies, such as car repairs
- saving for future goals, such as retirement
- not feeling stressed or worried about money.
To support our customers’ financial wellbeing, we offer free advice and help with welfare benefits and debt.
Our services are here to help everyone who rents a home from Amplius, or owns part of their home (shared owners), and the people they live with. This also includes homes we look after for other landlords.
We’re sorry that we’re unable to help customers who only rent a garage, only use the Life24 service or are only leaseholders.

Debt advice
Our Debt Advice service can help you find the best solution for your debt.

Welfare Benefits advice
Many people don’t realise that they may be entitled to additional income in the form of benefits .
