Customer focus groups – planned work

We’re excited to invite customers to join one of our upcoming online customer focus groups. In these sessions you’ll be able to help shape how we communicate with customers about planned works to homes and buildings.

This includes things like upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and other improvements carried out in our communities.

We want to understand:

  • What information is most important to you
  • What you would like us to include
  • What could be clearer or explained better
  • How we can make your experience better.

Your feedback will help us improve the information and support we provide to customers before, during, and after any work takes place.

The sessions will take place online using Microsoft Teams:

  • Monday 29 June | 6 to 7.30pm
  • Wednesday 1 July | 11am to 12.30pm
