These scores come from an annual customer survey and show us how we’re performing across a number of areas.
While we’re pleased some scores have gone up, we know there’s still work to do. That’s why, over the coming months, we’re going to share updates with you on the work we’ve already done, and what we’re doing to improve in the areas that matter the most to you.
