Ways to pay your rent
We offer a range of ways to pay your rent.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent.
With a Direct Debit you tell your bank or building society that you want us to take your rent payments direct from your account.
We currently offer monthly collection dates between the 1st and 28th of each month or a weekly collection on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Fridays.
Online payments via your 'My GUHG' account

- see your rent statement
- report and check the progress of repairs
- update your details and people living in your home
- see basic communications with us.
You will need your rent account number to hand to set up an account.
On the phone
Using either a Debit or Credit card on 0300 123 3423 available 24 hours a day.
You will be asked to respond to a series of questions and once the payment has been made, you will be given a payment reference for your records. You will need your 12 digit tenancy reference number and card details to hand when you call.
Please be aware we do not accept American Express or Diner Cards.
Rent payment card
If you have a Rent card you can pay at all Post Offices or PayPoint outlets using your rent payment card.
