Everyone has a right to feel that they belong in their workplace and their community.
We’re looking to become a stronger organisation by bringing about lasting change in how we view and deal with equality, diversity and inclusion.
Our ultimate aim is to create a culture and environment where colleagues feel they belong and can bring their whole selves to work.
Belonging group
We have a Belonging group at Grand Union made up of colleagues from across the organisation. They look to help colleagues understand and appreciate how diversity makes us stronger and that we can learn and benefit from each other’s different backgrounds and experiences.
This includes celebrating things like religious festivals, pride and black history month in our office.
