Belonging group

We have a Belonging group at Grand Union made up of colleagues from across the organisation. They look to help colleagues understand and appreciate how diversity makes us stronger and that we can learn and benefit from each other’s different backgrounds and experiences.

This includes celebrating things like religious festivals, pride and black history month in our office.
