Local Councillor, Helen Howell, visited our site in Raunds last week to have a look around some of our new homes, which are being built by Snowdon Homes.
She said: “It’s great that we’ve got some new build homes on the site and that they will provide homes for predominantly our local residents, our local families, which is always fantastic.”
Dave Lakin, Director of Development & Commercial, said: “It was great to have Councillor Howell visit the site. The new homes are looking fantastic and perfect for the local families that will be moving in. These homes make up a small portion of the 900 new homes Grand Union plans to build by 2027 to play our part in ending the housing crisis.”
The homes will consist of 16 homes for social rent and 14 homes for shared ownership.
