Homes England has brought some changes in as part of the Affordable Homes Programme (AHP), which offers housing associations like Grand Union a chance to apply for grants to help them build more affordable homes.
For homes built as part of the programme in 2021 to 2026, there are a number of changes to how shared ownership works. You can find out more by watching the video below.
Our first shared ownership homes under the new programme are due to be completed in mid 2023. For properties delivered before this, the terms and conditions will stay the same.
