Dave has over 30 years of housing experience across the disciplines of development, housing management and sales & marketing. His previous role within the sector was as the Chief Executive of Greatwell Homes.
Currently Operational Director with The Shared Ownership Shop, he is responsible for all operational matters of a business specialising in shared ownership sales and consultancy services. In its first five years of operation, it generated over £80m of sales income for its clients.
Dave is Vice Chair of the Board and Senior Independent Director. He also chairs the Governance & Remuneration Committee and is a member of Grand Union Homes Limited and GUHG Development Company Limited.
