Dave Willis

Appointed: October 2017 Dave has over 30 years of housing experience across the disciplines of development, housing management and sales & marketing. His previous role within the sector was as the Chief Executive of Greatwell Homes. Currently Operational Director with The Shared Ownership Shop, he is responsible for all operational matters of a business specialising in shared ownership sales and consultancy services. In its first five years of operation, it generated over £80m of sales income for its clients. Dave is Chair of the Governance and Remuneration Committee and is also a Director of Grand Union Homes Ltd and the Senior Independent Director of the Group Board.
