More football and basketball to come, so watch this space! Grand Active project is to encourage children, young people, and young adults aged 8 to 25 in Central Bedfordshire to lead active lifestyles. The project utilises various sport and fitness activities to promote health and wellbeing and address specific issues such as asthma, child obesity, antisocial behaviour and social isolation. There are virtual online options for families and over 18s to be able to participate from their own homes.
