Complaint Handling Code

On 1 April 2024, the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaint Handling Code became statutory. This means landlords are obliged by law to follow the Code.

The statutory Code included some changes and we’ve completed our self-assessment. This will be published on our website and filed with the Ombudsman by the end of June.

Following feedback from the Housing Ombudsman, we have reviewed our procedure for dealing with insurance works at our properties, in order to streamline our processes and ensure better communications with our customers.
