We want to hear your views on how we’re performing.
That’s why we’re running an anonymous survey for the next few weeks.
What’s the survey about?
It’s all part of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, or TSMs for short.
The TSMs are measures for landlords like us to follow. They help to make sure we are delivering quality homes and a good customer service.
They are set by the Regulator of Social Housing who make sure all housing associations like Grand Union are run well.
We run this TSM survey ever year and this is the second time we’ve done it.
How will the surveys be carried out?
We will be carrying out the surveys in three ways:
- Voice, our customer feedback platform
- email (through a company called Maru)
- telephone (through a company called PFA Research)
Will you be contacted?
If you’ve already joined Voice, then you can complete the survey on there now. If you’ve not yet signed up for to Voice and would like to, you can join here: voice.guhg.co.uk/
If you’re not on Voice, then you may be contacted by phone or email. This will only be if you’re the lead tenant as we can only accept one response per household.
Do check your email inbox as your invite – and maybe even junk folder just in case.
What questions will be asked?
You’ll be asked a number of questions about how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with Grand Union and services and/or repairs we have provided over the past 12 months.
Will you get to see the results?
Of course! We’ll publish the results on our website so you can see how we’re doing.
You can see last year’s results below and can find out more in our Customer Annual Report.
