We’re excited to announce that our new, real-time mapping and messaging service, Operative on Way, is launching soon. This alerts customers with an expected time of arrival based on the operative’s location.
Customers will be sent a text message to let them know the operative is on their way. It will give the operative’s first name and a link to a map that will give an estimated time of arrival.
The customer will be given an option to “leave a note” which will send a message to the operative. (Please note, data charges will apply if you’re not connected to WiFi.)
Some customers may have seen the service already, as we’ve been running a small trial this week. We hope to go live to all customers within the next few weeks.
