All of our market rented properties are owned by Grand Union Housing Group and the market rents are set the same as private renting. They are offered on assured short hold tenancies with a minimum term of 12 months.

Grand Union Living have a number of intermediate rented properties and the rents are typically set at 80% (or less) of market rents. They are offered on assured shorthold tenancies with a minimum term of 12 months, similar to private renting.
Grand Union Living, when letting the property, will require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent and that the rent will be paid a month in advance. The deposit paid will be protected in a Rent Deposit Guarantee scheme and a copy of this will be provided at the beginning of the tenancy.
When an intermediate rent property becomes available, we will contact the HomeBuy Agent for the area the property is in. If you are interested in this option, you should register with the Local HomeBuy Agent. Grand Union has properties in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes.

If the HomeBuy Agent is unable to provide a new tenant for the properties, the properties will be advertised through Rightmove alongside private rented properties. In some areas they may be advertised through a choice based letting system.
