We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.

Customer annual report
Voice users helped us to better understand what customers want from the Customer annual report so we can ensure it is designed to suit our customers needs.
We had 129 responses in total, all providing us with some great insight.
We asked customers what they liked about our previous customer annual report, respondents said:
- They liked to see how Grand Union is performing (55%)
- Customer stories (26%)
- Learning about the work Grand Union does in communities (26%)
We wanted to know what customers disliked about the Customer annual report. Overall, nine respondents commented that they didn’t like the overly positive content and that they would like to see more about areas to improve. Two comments also mentioned that they felt the report was too long.

What’s coming up
We want your help to review our Damp, mould, and condensation policy. What do you think about the wording? Does the policy work for you? Our Damp and mould survey is now live!

What is a home?
We have selected a number of Voice users to take part in some research to find out ‘What is a home to you?’ They will be participating in activities to help us understand what home means to them and how their current home compares to their ideal home. Thank you to everyone who volunteered.
You may have received and invite to a ‘What is home’ survey for all Voice members. Unfortunately, due to some issues we have had to suspend the survey. We hope to relaunch the survey soon once these issues have been resolved.
