We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Damp, condensation and mould management policy survey
Voice users helped us to understand how our customers feel about our damp, condensation and mould management policy and to identify any areas of the policy that require improvement.
We had 115 responses in total, all providing us with some great insight.
We asked customers if the policy ensures that Grand Union’s responsibilities are clear; 83% agreed with the statement. In contrast, only 70% agreed that the customers’ responsibilities are fair.
The graph below shows the percentage of customers who agreed with each statement.
We then asked customers if there was anything missing from the policy and the majority of comments mentioned timescales.
There was an opportunity at the end of the survey for customers to write any further comments about the policy. The majority of these comments were about educating customers on what they can do to help themselves, including leaflets, online workshops and actions they can take if their bathroom has no window.
Poll results
Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted on ‘What is your favourite summer sound’. The winner was Morning birdsong. You can view the results from the poll in the chart below.
What’s coming up
Coming soon we have a survey to help us understand what you think about our Antisocial behaviour policy and whether this policy works for you.
We also have a poll to find out ‘if you had to listen to one genre of music for the rest of your life, what would it be?’ Coming soon we have a poll on ‘what was your favourite playground game.’
