Happy New Year to all Voice members! Thank you to everyone who took part in surveys last year. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. We have a bumper edition this month with an update of surveys from the past couple of months.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Digital handbook
Back in November, we asked Voice members for feedback on a proposed digital handbook which would be provided to customers when they moved into their new home. We had 90 responses in total and we found that:
- just under three quarters (73%) of respondents said that they would have made use of a digital handbook
- 86% of respondents were satisfied with the proposed topics for the handbook
- some suggestions for additional content were details of where to access support and information for upkeep of gardens
Our website
We shared examples of our proposed new website layout and asked Voice members for feedback on the look and feel. Overall, 98 Voice members responded to the survey.
Here’s what you said:
Rent review letters
We had a fantastic response to the recent survey on the rent review letters with over 150 Voice members taking part.
The chart below shows the percentage of people who agreed with statements about the revised rent review letters.
We had some useful feedback on the proposed use of QR codes and links to further information. Voice users would also like to make it clearer whether the amount shown on the letter is a weekly or monthly figure.
Poll results
Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted to find out which is the best part of Christmas dinner. Roast potatoes were the winner with 30% of votes. You can view the rest of the poll result in the graph below.
What’s coming up
National Pizza day is coming up and we will have a fun poll to find out what your favourite pizza topping is. We will also have a survey on gardening inclusion.
